Kovach Wins Maryville Tournament
Oct. 12, 2009 – Junior Chris Kovach took top honors at the Maryville University Fall Invitational on Monday. Kovach shot a pair of even par 71s en route to his first collegiate tournament win.

'Dogs Place 11th At Fort Hays State
Oct. 6, 2009 – The Bulldog men’s golf team finish in 11th in difficult conditions at the final MIAA scoring event of the fall. Truman shot 642 at the Fort Hays State Invitational on Tuesday and will next compete at the Maryville University tournament on Sunday/Monday.
Men's Golf Ties For 10th; Kovach Seventh
Sept. 22, 2009 – The Truman men’s golf team made up a little ground in the final round of the Northeastern State University (Okla.) tournament on Tuesday. The Bulldogs finished in a tie for 10th and Chris Kovach tied for seventh overall.

Central Takes Truman Classic
Sept. 15, 2009 – The University of Central Missouri stormed back in the final round of the Truman Bulldog Classic to over take Washburn University and win the first MIAA scoring event of the season. Dustin Yaeger of Washburn won the individual title in a sudden death playoff.

Bulldogs In Final Grouping At Classic
Sept. 14, 2009 – Seven schools are within 10 shots after the first day of the Bulldog Classic at the Kirksville Country Club on Monday afternoon. Washburn holds a six shot lead in the first MIAA scoring event and was led by Dustin Yaeger’s three-under par 68.
