BIO: Hit the second most home runs (4) in a single-season at Glenbard South under Coach Julie Fonda…had 17 runs batted in and a .308 on-base percentage…for traveling team hit .396 with a slugging percentage of .544…daughter of Reid and Allison Grossman.

 

Stephanie Hill – Pitcher

Coulterville, Ill. (Coulterville)

BIO: Was a two-time national champion pitcher with travel squad….won the 10U and 14U national titles while finishing as a runner up in the 12U and 16U divisions…was a starter her senior year under Coach Ann Trieb at Coulterville Public HS…daughter of Scott and Cynthia Hill.

 

Emily Huntze – Outfielder

St. Louis, Mo. (Cor Jesu Academy)

BIO: For her high school career, hit .361 with five homers and 30 runs batted in while playing for Olivia Reichert at Cor Jesu Academy…was a 2007 first team all-district selection and earned first team all-conference, all-metro honorable mention and second-team all-region…was also named 2008 honorable mention all-conference…earned school’s most valuable player award (2007) and 110% award (2008)…for her summer team, hit .411 with an on-base percentage of .545…daughter of Donald and Barbara Huntze.

BIO: Named all-conference four times, twice first team (2005 & 2008) and twice second team (2006 & 2007)…was an honorable mention all-Metro in 2005 and 2008 by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch…earned first team all-region in 2008 after hitting .437 with nine doubles and 22 runs batted in for Coach Emily Werner at Nerinx Hall…member of two Class 4 district championship teams…daughter of Bob and Patti Kusky.

BIO: A three-time all-conference and district selection and was a all-region pick following her junior and senior seasons…member of two conference championships at Eugene under Coach Chip Weeg…also a member of the school’s basketball and volleyball squads…daughter of Billy and Teresa Sexton.

BIO: Held the school single-season record with nine homers and 38 runs batted in at Francis Howell Central under Coach Brenda Ellison, which advanced to the state’s final four…hit .458 during her senior season and earned first team all-State, St. Louis Post-Dispatch all-metro, all-region, all-district and all-conference accolades… daughter of George and Marguerite Ulses.
