Oct. 28, 2009 – The Truman women’s cross country team moved up two spots to 14th in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association national rankings this week. Truman also jumped to second in the south central regional poll.
The Bulldogs finished second behind the region’s top team and #3 in the nation, Missouri Southern at the MIAA Championships last weekend.
Truman will head to the NCAA South Central regional meet next Saturday in Abilene, Texas. The top two teams in the meet will advance to the national championships later in the month in Evansville, Ind.
