April 4, 2009 – The Truman women’s golf team defended their home course by dominating the Bulldog Classic this weekend. Seven players from Truman finished in the top 10 with Krystal Limsiaco winning the individual title with a two-day score of 166.
Limsiaco shot 84 and followed with an 82 in windy conditions at the Kirksville Country Club. Teammate Jen Lawson came in second after improving 12 shots to an 83 on Saturday and finished with a 174 total score.
Missouri Western’s Lexi Webb placed third after recording the tournament’s first hole-in-one on the par 3, 14th hole. Webb aced the 147-yard hole to shoot 91 and finish 10 back of Limsiaco.

As a team, Truman fired rounds of 357-352 and won going away. Northwest took second with a total of 779, Missouri Western was third with a 792 and Culver-Stockton fourth with a 1001.
