Williams shot a 77 in her first round and backed up to an 80 in the final round to finish two shots out of the top 10. Krystal Limsiaco fired a pair of 80s to tie for 22nd position.
Jessica Schepker (82-84) tied for 42nd while Jen Lawson (85-83) and Liz Lestman (85-83) tied for 50th place.
