Nov. 6, 2009 – Mark Misiewicz gave the Truman men’s basketball team to a 2-0 lead against the University of Missouri Tigers but five Tigers scored in double-figures in the exhibition opener for both schools. Missouri won 96-33 before 8,120 fans in Mizzou Arena in Columbia

Nov. 5, 2009 – The Truman women’s soccer team ended its 2009 regular season on a positive note with a key 2-0 MIAA conference victory at Emporia State on Thursday afternoon. Seniors Riley Mahn and Isabel Gaeta scored for the Bulldogs.

Nov. 6, 2009 –The Truman Wrestling team will begin their 2009-10 season on Saturday when they travel to Dubuque, Iowa and the Loras College Open.

Nov. 4, 2009 – The No. 19 Truman volleyball squad hit just .076 and committed eight service errors against 6th-ranked Central Missouri on Wednesday night, as the host Jennies dealt the Bulldogs a 3-0 (-12, -12, -23) setback in Warrensburg. Freshman Megan Sharpe had a team-high six kills and hit .353 for the Bulldogs.

Nov. 4, 2009 – In the final regular season regional rankings of the 2009 season, the Truman women’s soccer team slid two spots to No. 5 in the South Central region while the Truman men’s soccer team once again stayed at No. 3.

Nov. 4, 2009 – The Truman Bulldog Football team will close out the 2009 season by hosting Pittsburg State University on Senior Day this Saturday afternoon. Prior to the game, 10 seniors will be recognized for their contributions to the program.
